Caribbean Rice Seasoning is so good, you will think you are on an island. This seasoning is great for Rice n Peas, Peas n Rice, Conch and Rice, Conch Fritters, Stewed Conch, and more. Don't forget the coconut milk. Yeah Mon.

Directions: Use 1 tablespoon to 1 cup of rice or more, depending on your taste. Only you know when you have enough. Cook your rice with butter and salt to taste. This spice mix is excellent for your rice and peas, rice and conch, and rice dishes. Amazing island flavor.

INGREDIENTS:  DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES (GARLIC, TOMATO, ONION, BELL PEPPER, AND CELERY), SALT, SPICES, SILICON DIOXIDE, CARAMEL COLOR.

 1/4 cups o1f flour or use pancake mix, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp Caribbean Rice Seasoning, 1 tsp salt. Mix 1/2 tsp King Louie's Soulful seasoning together with diced conch, onion, and bell peppers. Add hot peppers after you fry one conch fritter to test the heat. Heat oil, not too hot. Drop batter by the tablespoon into the hot oil and fry for approx. 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Test one: watch out for the heat being too high on so fast, so it will be cooked on the inside. 

NOTE: If you cannot find conch, use shrimp, lobster, or some seasoned diced chicken. GRAB  some WOW and season that chicken. You can have a medley of meats, or add some salmon to make a patty.
