Making King Louie Style CONCH SALAD.

No ships or planes. There's no break; you've been preparing for this for a long time. You weren't expecting it to happen today, especially with King Louie's seasoning. (Shop for King Louie 1oz Tenderizer,1ozSoulful Seasoning.  You have the perfect combination for your stay-at-home trip.

Get ready and plan on cooking without a stove, no fire, just some citrus, no mayonnaise, or ranch dressing, just some things that make a salad good.

Your guess was wrong, but since you canceled your trip. And you cooked your conch fritters; you now have room for your Conch Salad.

RECIPE FOR CONCH SALAD

3 med. Pieces of Conch diced, 2 medium onions diced, 2 small hot peppers diced, 2 diced bell peppers (assorted colors to make the salad colorful).

IT’S time to cook(no stove) , 1 cup Lime juice,1/2 cup lemon juice ½ cup orange juice. ½ tsp King Louie Tenderzire,1/2 tsp salt, mixed half and save half. start tasting and adding.

2 semi ripe firm Tomatoes, (cut both end off, scoop out inside and sit aside.)

Cut tomatoes in strips to dice.

Add diced conch, onion, bell peppers, and hot peppers, raw diced conch and 1/2 citrus juice, and add the tomatoes you scooped out. Mix well, do not make a mess.

2 cups of canned tomato juice. Mix in half of the citrus juice. Sit aside.

1 oz. KING LOUIE Soulful seasoning. Add ½ and taste. 1/2 TSP salt to taste.

If you desire to have more green vegetables, you can cube up some cucumbers and diced celery. The cucumber is a must. I know you wanted that anyway.

½ cup  Diced Cucumbers or more. Remember, the Conch is the star in this salad parade. I know you thought I FORGOT about it. No Garlic is normally not added, but people love that guy, so why not a little, very little? Conch is the Star. Remember, cucumbers get soft.

So it's time to put this whole thing together and taste to be sure it's right. The salt and soulful season are significant ingredients, so add and taste. If everything tastes good, then add the remaining ingredients and see. It's not a very juicy salad, so save a little juice and add more as you serve. Hot pepper is a key, so dice some extra for the pros. I think you passed the test. Some people on a budget try to omit the Conch and use the Chicken. Do not drive a Ford and say it’s a Rolls-Royce. Stick to your game and plan.
