Direction: Make a Rib Rub paste with warm tap water, then rub down your meat (Brisket, Boston Butt, Ribs, Steak, Turkey or Chicken). Let the meat marinate for 2 hours or overnight if desired. Good on steaks with a good ole smokey taste (5 min on each side or until your rare point). You may cook in the oven at 325 degrees or until tender on Grill outside on a open pit (low) Great flavor and juicy. Help's On The Way... It's
KING LOUIE to the rescue...cook ahead in the oven before guest arrive, then finish off outside in the fresh air. They talk about how well your food taste and the distant.
